PAR-TAY!!!

For Austin's 4th Birthday we started partying the Saturday before. We have a few family friends who have kids with Birthdays the same week, so we had a little get together to celebrate! Just some pizza and balloon animal fun!!!
We're hungry!!!
For the YW Camp Fundraiser Ryan bid on and won an hour of balloon animals for a party. It was his gift to Austin and our friends!

Ryan was terrified that a balloon was going to pop and be too loud!

Of course it turned into a giant sword fight!

Some of the fun animals Daniela can make!

All the crazy kids and their balloon creations!!!

The Birthday kiddos!!!

Blow them out!

Austin's Birthday fell on a Tuesday and he was thrilled to have a day to celebrate him! We opened presents as soon as Dad got home from work, then headed to Texas Roadhouse to meet up with Family for Austin's Birthday.

Just what he wanted! A Darth Mal light saber!

And now he can really be "The Hulk!"

Papa, Nana, The Birthday Boy, and Auntie Aubrey!

I love this picture of my Ry boy!

YEEEHAAWW Birthday Boy!!! He thought this was great!!!

Happy 4th Birthday Austy Poo!!!

Our little Austy Poo turns 4 today!!! Well, he's not so little anymore! He's getting so big and turning into such a little man. We took advantage of the beautiful scenery here and snapped some 4th Birthday photos of this handsome stud!Love the expressions of this cutie pie!!!Where does time go?!? It seems as though these past 4 years have flown by! Austin is our sweet baby, much to his dismay! He does not appreciate me calling him this, but I have ensured him he and his brother will always be my babies no matter how big they get so he must get used to it! Things we love about our handsome little fella:
  • His goofy smile and bright blue eyes.
  • His love for everything superhero (especially Hulk) and Star Wars.
  • His mischievous personality.
  • His stubbornness.
  • His ability to play for hours with any action figure around.
  • His vocabulary and choice of words. Austin seems to be able to try and talk or argue his way out of any situation.
  • His love of life and family.

The list could go on and on! Our life wouldn't be the same without our sweet Austin! We love him soooooooo much! Happy Birthday Austin!

Our President's Day Weekend!

Over President's Day weekend we enjoyed some quality family time! We were given some tickets to enjoy Disney on Ice, and we had a GREAT time!!!Hi Minnie! The show followed the Toy Story 3 storyline and was very cute!We were all in agreeance (sp?) that this was our favorite part! The main reason we headed up to Loomis was to attend cousin Luke's mission farewell! He is such a fun young man full of life and excitement! He will be an amazing missionary in Ohio!!! Ryan and Austin were sad to see him go. They know Luke well since he's so close in age to Uncle Trevor, so we spent a lot of time with the two of them together. So proud of him and the choice he's made to serve our Father in Heaven! On Monday we decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather and go for a hike to Hidden Falls! The hike was 2 miles of beautiful Gold Country terrain! Trigger got his first tasted of our outdoor adventures!Ryan and Papa found this! It was so cool! Our best guess was that it was a firepit or something used by the Native Americans a long time ago. It was covered with vines and was built with rocks right on the side of the creek. We finally found them! There sure were hidden! :-)Megan and Ashley decided to take a closer look and hiked down to the waters edge!Yes, we've become those people who take a picture with their dog! Lol!Ryan was into throwing rocks into the water, and got tricky by throwing them behind and through his legs! Wow!Austin wanted sticks and needed to hit everything with them, while growling might I add.We had so much fun enjoying nature and time with the fam bam! Don't you worry, we have plans to head back this summer and actually enjoy swimming in the water!
