Sweet boys...

My sweet boys! Austin is growing so fast! He is smiling and cooing more and more each day. Ryan's favorite thing is to make him do just that. He is such a great big brother and helper to Mommy. He hates it when Austin cries and must think that I can't hear him, because he tells me that Austin is crying until I get to him and calm him down.

I am so lucky to have such adorable children!

Memorial Day Weekend...

We were lucky enough to enjoy a four day weekend as Justin had Friday off and Monday as well. We spent our time at the Schmidt Family Cabin near Tahoe. We had a great time! Here are some of the events that took place.

We woke up the first morning to snow, yes I said it SNOW! It was beautiful!

The boys (Justin, Ryan, & Austin) got to go on their first trip to Cabela's in Reno. We told Ryan that we were going to Cabela's, and on the way there, Ryan told Justin we were going to "Cabela's House." It was really cute. We did tell him it was a store and not someone's home.

Ryan had to have a pop gun. Some of the animals inside. "Ryan the lion." At night, Uncle Blaine invented a game he called "Who's the Mamma?" It was really fun and we learned a lot about our Mom's. The next night, we decided to play "Who's the Daddy?" Aunt Kristy was the MC for the Sunday night festivities. After the fun, Ryan had a great time dancing with Mary and being the center of attention. What else is new?

A whole year!

It's been a whole year since we started our blog archiving the events of our life as the Drinkwater family. I can't believe how much has changed. New home, new baby, new ward, new friends. A year can bring a lot of change and it sure has for our family. We are so grateful to be where we are and for all of the blessings Heavenly Father has sent our way!

Austin's Stats...

I took Austin to the doctor yesterday for his 2 month check up, even though he's 2 1/2 months old now. Here's his stats...

Weight: 11 lbs. 9.5 ozs

He's growing so fast and getting to be a little chunky baby, just like Ryan was. He's also starting to smile, although it's mostly at things like the fan, and even talking and cooing a little.

Mommy's Day!

We celebrated Mother's Day twice this weekend! On Saturday we went to Uncle Steve and Aunt Penny's house for swimming and a BBQ.Ryan loves hanging out with his cousins.
