We love our Gramma and Grandpa!

We, as always, had a great time with Grandpa and Gramma! Ryan was so excited for them to come, and Austin didn't know who we were talking about, but was calling Patti "Gramma" by the end of the evening on Thanksgiving! It was so cute!
While they were here, Justin and Ben got busy and spent some time building new shelves in our new garage!
Ryan, of course, had to be a "big helper" and do what he could in the garage too!
While all of the fun was taking place out in the garage, Patti took some time to build a gingerbread house with the boys. They were so excited, even though all Austin wanted to do was eat the candy. It turned out great!!!
On Saturday evening we took some time off from the shelves and gingerbread house building, and headed out for some fun! We first went to Carls Jr., a treat for these Washingtonians...
...then headed to the famous house in Manteca to check out the Christmas lights! Lastly, we headed to the Bass Pro Shop to see check out their Winter Wonderland and see Santa! Both of the boys walked willing up to Santa, gave him a "high five," then crawled up onto his lap! They were so excited!!! After that we walked around the store. Austin found this "reindeer," which he started to say over and over again, and he carried it around with us giving it hugs periodically.
After he got sick of it, he threw it on the floor. Ryan then found it, and decided it looked like fun to ride! It was hilarious watching him gallop around the store with the reindeer between his legs!
We had a great time with Gramma and Grandpa! Thank you so much for coming to visit us and help us out! We love our visits with you, and can't wait to see you again!
